I directed the new Mary Jennings video for "Make Believe" on Sunday, and it was a tremendous experience. With the mighty Jon Fordham as director of photography and an EXCELLENT crew, we shot what I think will be the greatest piece of work I've ever directed. Kudos to Mary and Nick for acting chops not to be believed, and Tom at All Mobile Video and Alex at Hand Held Films for cameras and equipment. Stay tuned for more.....

On to Mary Jennings! I'm directing a music video for her single "Make Believe" off her new FEMTASTIC album. Check her out right here.

Working again with the amazing DP Jon Fordham. Jon shot our clip for Jason Yudoff a while back, and has since graduated to shooting music videos for everyone from Cobra Starship to Thursday to Buckcherry. We also got to see Jon give a presentation at the Sony Studios for their new generation of HD video camera workflow technology, and it was quite a show. Wow, time flies. We completed the Reality Serum "Bring It On" video with all its amazing effects. The dreamtime craziness really worked for this clip. Here's a snippet of the finished product...

I finished the Charles Bubeck video two ways, but here's an excerpt of my director's cut. I tried to adhere to a Beat Generation Steve-Allen-Show look. Many thanks to the Bubeck organization for their patience and open mind on this concept and clip. Check out his music right here.

Shot the latest video for REALITY SERUM's song "Bring It On" at Harry Chapin Ampitheater in Hicksville, Long Island. The mighty Brandon Mikolaski on camera again, and we brought all the passion and power of "trans-urban" music to life once again. More as the edit develops.

The edit on the Charles Bubeck stuff is heavy on the effects, and I'm wondering if that's the way to go on this one, or if I should just pull back and make it b/w, with an old "Shindig!" type video effect......more as I ruminate the possibilities.....

I directed a music video for NYC metal sensation URBANSNAKE's leadoff single "Orphan" this past Sunday! Their latest CD will be released this fall. We shot in an old printing factory in the Bronx, and the basement was something straight out of Eli Roth's HOSTEL. Disgusting and PERFECT....... AND we're in pre-production to shoot the clip for REALITY SERUM's newest creation "Bring It On" from their new CD "Hop In".... AND I'm booked to direct SCOTT NIOLET's "She's a Wh*re" video in January! WHEW!!!!

I recently directed the music video for Scott Niolet’s “Monday Afternoon Rain” on the Mississippi Coast (Niolet’s “She’s A Whore” music video has been postponed). The song’s concept involved Scott walking through post-Katrina damage. Niolet’s album CLEARING THE DEBRIS was released on Lapdaddy Records.

I served as art director on the new music video from P. Diddy protege Sara Stokes. The singer, a former member of Diddy's "Making The Band" group entitled Da Band, shot her music video at the Night Hotel in Times Square. I collaborated with director Evan Winter on the look of this concept video, which take us through a day with the singer - media interviews, candlelight moments, etc. The song "You" is from Stokes' upcoming debut album from Quan Entertainment.

I've been hard at work creating music videos, and the latest is for Long Island hip-hop group REALITY SERUM! Using ambient guitar riffs and rapid-fire lyrical content, REALITY SERUM's Twizle and Camanche pumped out the New York radio hit "Here We Go," and enlisted Stephen to create an offbeat music video. Using creative solutions to help the microbudget dilemmas, I crafted a high quality clip that features REALITY SERUM footage shot in the studio, vintage rotoscope animation and classic outerspace footage. "Here We Go" isn't your average track, and the video reflects their off-center, progressive path. Enjoy it on YouTube!

We finished producing, directing and editing Mike Arnone's Crawfish Fest DVD, and it's amazing. Between musical performances by Little Feat, Steve Riley, Henry Butler and Papa Mali, we captured footage of the capacity crowd enjoying the best food, culture and music that the summer festival has to offer. Check it out at CrawfishFest.com!
